1. The applicant shall be an independent legal entity and hold a valid business license, tax registration certificate or the unified social credit certificate. Its business scope shall include the sales of Class II medical devices, or it shall hold a Class II Medical Device Business License.
2. The applicant shall possess the Class II Medical Device Business Filing Certificate issued by the provincial drug administration department with a valid filing number. It shall have no illegal business records and maintain sound commercial reputation and corporate image.
3. The business premises and warehousing facilities shall comply with the requirements of the Good Supply Practice for Medical Devices.
4. The applicant shall recognize the brand philosophy, product positioning and sales policies of Shaanxi Hanrui Medical Technology Co., Ltd., strictly abide by all terms of the distribution contract, and actively cooperate with the Company in marketing and brand promotion activities. No acts that damage the Company's brand image and interests shall be conducted.
