1. The customer shall possess valid qualifications for the operation and use of medical devices, including business license, medical device business filing certificate or license, etc.
2. The customer undertakes that the customized burs shall only be used for legitimate dental clinical, teaching and laboratory purposes, and shall not be used for illegal activities, counterfeiting, infringement or unauthorized branding.
3. The customer shall ensure that all patterns, logos, texts and model names provided do not infringe upon the trademark rights, patent rights or copyrights of any third party.
4. Overseas customers shall provide the documents required for import filing and registration, and confirm compliance with the laws and regulations of China and the destination country.
