1.The cooperating partner shall be a legal enterprise (or individual business) duly registered with the administrative department for industry and commerce, and shall provide a valid copy of the business license affixed with the official seal. Its business scope shall cover medical devices, dental materials, hardware products, precision tools and other related fields.
2.If the processed or OEM products fall under the category of medical devices, the partner shall hold the corresponding Medical Device Production License, Medical Device Business License or filing certificates, or other qualification documents proving the legal circulation of the products.
3.Raw materials provided by processing partners, including tungsten steel rods, used burs and blanks, shall be accompanied by traceable source certificates. Such materials shall be free of intellectual property disputes and shall not involve smuggled, counterfeit or illegally recycled goods.
4.For OEM products bearing the partner’s own brand or a third-party brand, the partner shall ensure that the brand is legally registered with valid authorization, and that no patent rights, trademark rights or trade secrets are infringed. Our company only conducts production in accordance with orders and shall not be liable for any infringement disputes arising from the partner’s trademarks or designs.
