Applications

Impacted tooth extraction, bone expansion, minimally invasive tooth sectioning, crown separation, residual root removal.

Features

1. The curved back tooth design delivers sharper and longer-lasting cutting performance.

2. The microcrystalline material endows the bur with ultra-high strength and fracture toughness.

3. Equipped with an intelligent grinding system, the product achieves micron-level precision control.

Instructions for Use

1. Before each use, mount the bur onto a compliant dental handpiece. Confirm the bur is securely clamped, rotates smoothly and free of abnormalities before activating the handpiece.

2. Conduct a trial run outside the patient’s mouth prior to operation. Immediately discontinue use if looseness, wobbling or other irregularities are detected.

3. Do not apply excessive pressure during operation. Recommended optimal rotational speed: 120,000–3,000,000 rpm.

Disinfection method

Pressure steam sterilization shall be performed prior to use (set sterilization temperature: 121°C; minimum sterilization duration: 20 min; reference pressure range: 102.8 kPa ~ 122.29 kPa).

Precautions

1. Storage and transportation shall be carried out in a clean environment at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure with humidity below 90%, which is dry, stable (free from dropping and collision), and away from harmful chemicals and gases such as acids and alkalis.

2. The product shall be transported in its original factory packaging. Place the package as indicated by the marks on the packaging during transportation and avoid heavy object extrusion.
