Features

The cutting head is provided with longitudinal grooves to form multi-blade cutting , featuring excellent chip evacuation and low cutting resistance . 

Instructions for Use

1.Mount the bur on compatible qualified equipment each time before use , confirm the bur is securely clamped , rotates smoothly and free of abnormalities before starting the equipment . 

2.Perform a pre-operation rotation test prior to work , immediately discontinue use if any abnormalities such as looseness or wobbling are detected . 

3.Do not apply excessive pressure during operation , recommended optimal rotational speed : 6000-50000/rpm .

Precautions

1. After use , blow away wax debris , resin residues and metal powder from the flutes with an air gun .

2. Store separately by category to prevent chipping of cutting edges caused by collision and impact .

3. For storage and transportation , place the product in a clean environment at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure with humidity below 90% . the environment shall be dry , stable (free of dropping and collision), and kept away from hazardous chemicals and gases such as acids and alkalis . 

4. The product shall be transported in its original factory packaging , place the package as marked on the label during transit , and avoid heavy weight extrusion .
